A live calligraphy performance is an art that exists only once, only there.
MUKYO began shodo at the age of ten and holds the eighth dan in both brush and pen calligraphy. Rooted in the classics and reaching into contemporary expression, her work has drawn more than 50 million cumulative views worldwide. For corporate ceremonies, department-store events, hotels, and brand occasions, she brushes a large-scale work in a single stroke.

The brushing itself takes a few minutes. The full program, including the surrounding moments, is designed around your event.
Can the performance take place outside Japan?
Yes. Engagements outside Japan are welcome — please get in touch.
What happens to the finished work?
It can be exhibited at the venue or delivered afterwards; specifications are arranged individually.
What does it cost?
Each engagement is quoted individually by scale and content. MUKYO primarily accepts engagements for companies, commercial facilities, and hotels.
